Backseat Rally Contracts are menu objectives that track a stated task and award their own listed progression reward when completed. Use them as a multiplier on normal practice: choose a contract that matches the stage, car, or clean-driving goal you already planned instead of forcing a difficult objective that produces repeated resets.
Open and read the contract card
Open Contracts from the main menu before entering a stage. Read the objective text, progress count, and displayed CR or XP reward. Do not rely on the short title alone. A contract may care about a named stage, a number of finishes, a clean condition, or another exact requirement.
Current community records include examples for finishing Pine Forest twice and completing two Clean Runs. These examples prove the kinds of tracked objectives observed, not a permanent rotation. Your live server can show different tasks, counts, timing, and rewards.

Pair objectives with route learning
A Pine Forest finish objective is useful while learning Pine Forest calls and medal lines. A Clean Run objective fits control practice on a route you already know. This pairing avoids spending extra time on a contract while still adding its listed completion reward to your broader progression.
If the contract asks for something outside your reliable skill range, decide whether the reward justifies the failures. Two successful familiar-stage finishes are usually better than many abandoned attempts at a harder condition. You can return once the relevant car, control mode, or route is comfortable.
Make every counted run intentional
Before starting, select the correct stage and confirm the active car. At the finish, let the results screen settle instead of leaving immediately. Then return to Contracts and check whether the counter moved. Repeat only after confirming the first run counted; otherwise you risk doing the wrong activity twice.
For Clean Runs, focus on survival rather than the medal clock. Brake earlier, avoid aggressive cuts, and use assists if they improve consistency. The precise clean criteria are not fully documented, so the live award and contract counter are the authority. If minor contact invalidates progress in your server, adjust rather than guessing at a universal threshold.
Separate contract rewards from run rewards
A community snapshot recorded a two-Clean-Runs contract with a separate 120 XP and 150 CR completion line. That is one observed contract value, not the value of every contract and not the base Clean Run bonus. When calculating efficiency, label the stage finish, Clean Run line, and Contract line independently.
Once the contract completes, later runs should not be expected to repeat its completion reward. Compare a post-completion settlement to see what remains repeatable. This matters most when one large result makes an ordinary stage seem more profitable than it is.
Troubleshoot a contract that does not advance
Reopen the objective and compare every word. Confirm the route name, number of required finishes, clean condition, and whether the run reached a normal settlement. Check that you are viewing the same contract after a menu refresh. A reset, disconnect, wrong stage variant, or unmet clean condition may prevent progress.
If the counter remains unchanged after a clearly matching result, capture the contract card and result panel, rejoin once, and retest one run. Do not spend Robux or repeat a long series while the tracker is uncertain. Updates can revise definitions, so a current screenshot is more useful than an old reward list.
Build a weekly progression routine
At the beginning of a play session, check Contracts, the next account-level vehicle, and the car mastery target. Pick one route that can advance at least two of those goals. Run it until the contract completes or consistency falls, then review the settlement instead of continuing automatically.
Spend CR only after checking the next garage goal. If a contract reward gives enough for a crate, inspect the crate pool and duplicate rules first. If the actual goal is a level-unlocked car, keep focusing on account XP because CR cannot replace the level requirement.
Use CR and XP Rewards to evaluate result rows, Account Levels for vehicle checkpoints, and Pine Forest when a route-specific objective appears.
